Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery involves two phases:

Processing Time: 5-7 business days to prepare your order. This may vary based on product type and order volume.

Shipping Time: 12-15 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.(Some regions may experience extensions due to special policies)

Total Delivery Time: Processing Time + Shipping Time

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 10 days to start a claim. We'll assist you through the carrier's claims process, which may take up to 30 days. Note: Futario isn't responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier and doesn't issue refunds or credits for such cases.

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes out-of-stock items, we'll ship the available items first and notify you via email about the out-of-stock items.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are based on your order value:

  • Order value less than $40: Shipping cost $9.90
  • Order value $40.01–$78.99: Shipping cost $11.98
  • Order value more than $79: FREE SHIPPING
