Return & Exchange
- Return Window:
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
- Eligibility:
- Must be in original packaging.
- Must be unused and undamaged.
Items not meeting these criteria cannot be returned.
- How to Return/Exchange:*
1. Email your return/exchange request to **support@Futario.com**.
2. Once confirmed, send the item along with a product list (including product IDs) and a tracking number.
3. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after receipt, and you'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
- Non-Eligible Items:
- Final sale items.
- Swimwear (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect; a photo of the issue is required).
- Damaged Items:
Notify us immediately if you receive a damaged product.
- Order Cancellation:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase receive a full refund.
- Cancellations after 24 hours but before shipment incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2-7 business days. If you haven't received your refund, please check with your bank or contact us at **support@Futario.com**.
