Return policies favor exchanges at a discount over refunds. Refunds require sending items back to China, with tariffs and taxes often exceeding the item's price. Replacements also don’t fit properly. I’m a size 6, 5’7”, 135 pounds, 36A—usual mediums fit me at other stores, but none fit here; their largest size is tight. Exchanges take about a month, with poor customer service. This will likely cost you money and leave you with ill-fitting outfits that are difficult to return or exchange, often accompanied by additional charges. Their sizing chart is inaccurate.
